MPO500 Terms & Conditions – A Complete Guide for Malaysian Members

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and MPO500 ("Platform", "We", "Company") regarding the use of the online betting platform accessible via https://mpo500.click and all related applications.

By registering as a member, logging into your account, or using any part of the MPO500 platform, you hereby confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document, together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy ours, which also forms part of this Agreement.

To register and use MPO500's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at MPO500 at any one time. Registering multiple accounts using the same or different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or financial information is strictly prohibited.

Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information, including:

• An active and reachable phone number
• Valid email address
• Actual date of birth

MPO500 is not liable for any losses or issues arising from inaccurate information provided during registration. Any fraudulent attempt during registration may result in account closure and legal action.

MPO500 supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods for members' convenience. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

MPO500 does not charge any processing fees on deposits. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges, which are beyond our control. Please check with your e-wallet provider or bank for more details.

Members may submit a withdrawal request at any time, provided the account is in good standing and all withdrawal conditions are met. The withdrawal conditions are as follows:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM50
• Maximum daily withdrawal: RM50,000 (can be increased for VIP members)
• The recipient account must be under the same name used for MPO500 registration
• Any bonus received must meet the rollover requirement before a withdrawal can be processed
• Identity verification may be required for withdrawals exceeding RM10,000

Withdrawal processing time is within 5 minutes for regular members and immediately for VIP members during normal operating hours. Withdrawals made during system maintenance may take longer to process.

The general bonus rules at MPO500 are as follows:

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — rollover requirements must be met first
• Rollover requirements are typically between 5x to 25x depending on bonus type
• Bonuses are valid for one (1) account only — using the same bonus across multiple accounts constitutes fraud
• MPO500 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings in the event of any abuse or misuse

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except for technical reasons acknowledged by MPO500

MPO500 members are prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct, which may result in account closure and further action:

• Identity Fraud: Registering using false names, information, or documents, or those belonging to another person
• Multiple Accounts: Owning or operating more than one MPO500 account
• Money Laundering: Using the MPO500 platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Bug Exploitation: Exploiting any technical errors or bugs in the system for personal gain
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or virtual sports
• Threats or Harassment: Threatening or harassing MPO500 staff or other members through any communication channel

Members may close their MPO500 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be returned via an approved withdrawal method.

MPO500 reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice if:

• There is evidence of fraud or illegal activity
• A member violates any terms set out in this document
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months
• Member requests self-exclusion
